About our name
The dragon fruit thrives in tough conditions-just like our communities.
It symbolizes courage, adaptability, and the fire within us to overcome challenges and bloom where we’re planted.
Our story starts way back, when the first 10 dragon fruit seedlings were purchased from a village in Meru, Kenya. All the way in Namanga, Kenya, the movement towards drought resilient farming is gaining ground.
